1. Digital Product Policy

The India GCC Exposure Risk Report is a digital product that is generated based on the information you provide through our questionnaire. Due to the nature of digital products and the resources involved in report generation, we have a limited refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If your payment was deducted more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment gateway issue.
• Before Report Generation: The refund request must be made before the report generation process has been initiated (i.e., before you have started or completed the questionnaire).
